Install:
After extracting fr_oss.exe and installed FR_oss\setup.exe, simply add a new keyboard layout as « Français (France) », « Français - Alternative (oss) » under Windows Control Panel. After that, the language flag shows up in the taskbar (next to the clock) and the default switch is left-Alt+Shift.
Je conseille fortement de supprimer la disposition classique pour ne garder qu’une disposition par langue
